Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer – Location: Norwich – Salary: £42,000 - £48,160 (OTE with enhancements) – Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Domestic Gas Engineer - Norwich
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join a busy and growing team carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems.

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain domestic gas boilers and heating systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Work across residential properties
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Complete job reports and paperwork
- Ensure compliance with Gas Safe and Health & Safety regulations
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
Requirements
- ACS Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
- Proven experience in domestic gas servicing & repairs
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
Working Hours
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (40 hours)
- 4-day week, 8am-7pm (40 hours) + up to £4,160 enhancement
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm (42.5 hours) + up to £2,749 enhancement
- Call-out rota (evenings & weekends)
