Balfour Beatty Power T&D is seeking experienced High Voltage substation Commissioning Engineers to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of high voltage (HV) electrical systems, ensuring their safe and efficient function and readiness for operational service. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong technical expertise, a safety‑first mindset, and a passion for working with high voltage systems in a variety of settings such as substations throughout the United Kingdom.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred; HNC in electrical engineering the minimum requirement.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in commissioning high voltage equipment and systems (including up to 400 kV).
