Full time | Static site role
At Atlas Workplace Services, we’re proud to deliver safe, reliable and high‑quality building services by supporting our people and working in partnership with our clients. We’re now excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, supporting a key client at their Farnborough site.
This is a static site role, ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded on site, building strong relationships and delivering a consistently excellent service.
At Atlas, people and service come first. We believe in clear communication, shared responsibility and doing things the right way. Our engineers are trusted professionals, supported by strong leadership, practical systems and a collaborative culture that values inclusivity and continuous improvement.
This role offers the chance to work closely with both the facilities team and the client, where your technical expertise and professionalism are genuinely valued.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll deliver both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You’ll take ownership of the quality of work delivered on site, ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction at all times.
The role involves regular liaison with Account Support, Lead Engineers, Managers and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and within SLAs. You’ll build positive working relationships with the client, customer, and Atlas colleagues, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the Maximo system is kept fully up to date via your issued tablet, with all time correctly recorded on generated timesheets.
You’ll take ownership of the standard of work delivered, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with Atlas procedures. This includes ensuring the safe delivery of works carried out by service partners, as well as covering out‑of‑hours call‑out responsibilities when rostered.
