Are you an experienced Civil Design Engineer with a passion for the energy sector? Do you want your work to directly support the UK’s journey to a more sustainable, resilient future?
The UK & Ireland energy market is undergoing a period of rapid and fundamental change. Increasing demand, tighter regulation, and ambitious net zero targets are driving major investment and innovation across the industry. This presents a unique opportunity to work on some of the most impactful infrastructure projects in the country.
We are seeking Experienced Civil Design Engineers, ideally from the Energy, Power, or related infrastructure sectors, to join our expanding Energy team in any of our UK offices. You’ll be part of a forward thinking business with ambitious growth plans, offering excellent long term career development and progression.
This is a chance to play a meaningful role in shaping the UK’s energy transition — from feasibility and front‑end engineering design (FEED) through to detailed delivery.
You will join a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team delivering civil engineering design across a diverse portfolio of energy projects nationwide.
These could include:
Working closely with project managers, team leaders, and other engineering disciplines, you’ll support both FEED and detailed design stages, providing practical, robust, and innovative civil engineering solutions while contributing to successful project delivery.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the infrastructure that underpins the UK’s energy transition. Your civil engineering expertise will directly support the delivery of sustainable, resilient energy projects, helping clients navigate complex technical, environmental, and regulatory challenges.
Working collaboratively across disciplines, you’ll contribute to innovative design solutions that improve efficiency, enable decarbonisation, and strengthen energy security. From early‑stage feasibility and FEED through to detailed design, your work will influence nationally significant projects that make a lasting difference to communities and the environment. As part of a growing energy team, your input will help drive best practice, support continuous improvement, and reinforce our position at the forefront of the energy sector.
You’ll be motivated by solving complex challenges, keen to develop your career, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a fast‑growing energy business at the forefront of the transition.
