Field Engineer (Lift Service & Minor Repairs)
Location: Dorset / Hampshire Region
Full‑Time | Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Overview
An opportunity for an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join a growing and well‑established engineering business operating across the Dorset and Hampshire area. This role offers a structured workload, a defined regional patch, and strong earning potential with overtime and call‑out opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs on passenger and goods lifts
- Attend breakdowns and perform fault‑finding across a variety of manufacturers and control systems
- Ensure all work meets current industry standards and safety regulations
- Manage your own service route efficiently
- Deliver a high standard of customer service on‑site
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential)
- Proven experience in lift servicing and maintenance
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Good knowledge of LOLER and BS EN standards
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Able to provide references

Call‑Out & Overtime
- 1 in 4 call‑out rota
- £300 weekly standby payment
- Door‑to‑door pay on call‑outs
