Responsibilities
- Provide product consultation, training and support on protection testing and diagnostic equipment for digital protection systems to our customers.
- Troubleshoot technical problems for customers and sales support, provide on‑site support for all questions concerning OMICRON applications.
- Develop and deliver training for OMICRON products, both in person and via webinars.
- Provide input on new products, product strategy, development and application needs.
- Work directly with power system assets in generation, transmission and distribution areas.
- Manage and develop application notes and technical papers, including presentations at relevant seminars and conferences.
- Travel share up to 50%.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
- Several years of experience in power systems, especially substation protection apparatus.
- Customer support experience and enjoy giving training in classroom and field environments.
- Proactive, open personality; service‑oriented and enjoys working with customers and motivated team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible and willing to travel to other countries.
