Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton’s Aerospace business stands as a global leader in aerospace fuel systems. Our site is relocating to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus, serving as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe. Eaton is a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft, with extensive fuel and air system test facilities for testing under various conditions and fuel types.

Eaton’s Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your international career. You will receive leadership training, personal coaching, and networking with senior leaders. Through rotational assignments across locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.

The program will start in September 2026 with the role of a Mechanical Engineer in Titchfield (UK) within the Fuels product Engineering team of the Aerospace organization. Embedded in a strategic customer program, you will act as project engineer supporting the design, development and qualification of fuel systems equipment for an in-development aircraft platform.

The second year of the program will take place in another EMEA country within one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, embedded systems, power electronics, product development, software engineering. Potential locations for the second-year assignment include Ireland, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic or the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Act as project engineer supporting the design, development and qualification of fuel systems equipment for an in-development aircraft platform.

Qualifications

  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, aeronautical engineering with a graduation date no later than August 2026
  • You have 1-3 years of professional experience (including internships) in mechanical engineering
