Apila PM is a growing project management consultancy specialising in construction and development projects, primarily client side. We support clients across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to procurement, delivery, and handover.

Although much of our work is in the residential sector, our skills and services reach across all industry sectors, and we work on a variety of construction and development schemes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with demonstrable experience delivering client side construction and development projects of varying scale and complexity.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day to day project delivery with responsibilities including; coordinating design and contractor teams, managing programme and cost, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and acting as a key client interface.

This is a hybrid role combining remote working, office collaboration, and regular site attendance as required for effective project delivery. Flexibility will be considered where reasonably practicable.

We are looking for someone who can manage competing priorities effectively within a dynamic project environment and who is interested in professional development within a growing consultancy with direct access to the Founder for support and guidance.
