Your Job

  • Technical Pre‑Sales Support: Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and translate them into tailored solutions based on our product portfolio
  • Solution Design: Develop and present customized solution concepts, architectures and use cases aligned with customer needs
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver detailed technical presentations, live demos and workshops to showcase product capabilities and value.
  • Customer Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, guiding them through the technical decision‑making processes
  • RFP/RFI & Proof of Concept Support: Contribute to technical proposals, support tender processes, and conduct proof‑of‑concept implementations where required
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the interface between customers, sales, product management and development teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and feedback
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, helping to position solutions effectively
  • Market & Customer Insights: Provide structured feedback from customer interactions to support product development and market strategy

Your Profile

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ideally 3+ years of experience in technical sales, pre‑sales, or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of relevant technologies (e.g., IP networking, video systems, IoT, or software solutions). Ability to quickly learn and confidently present complex technical products
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Sales Mindset: Customer‑oriented, persuasive, and comfortable supporting sales processes and negotiations
  • Problem‑Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to identify customer challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
