We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative products, supporting development from concept through to production and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies
- Support analysis activities, including thermal, structural, and system-level considerations
- Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing product improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering
- Support prototyping, physical builds, and testing activities within R&D
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in CAD design, ideally using SolidWorks
- Good understanding of at least one of the following disciplines, with awareness of others:
- Mechanical systems
- Thermal systems
- Electrical systems
- Knowledge of thermal and/or structural analysis
- Previous experience in product improvement and engineering change processes
- Experience working within a regulated industry
