Toolroom Engineer (Training in CNC, Injection Moulding, Toolmaking)

Salary: £38,223 + Pay Reviews. Benefits include Overtime, No Nights, Bonuses, Sick Pay, Life Assurance, Death in Service Benefits.

Location: Factory-based, commutable from Blackwood, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend, Cwmbran, Caldicot, Chepstow, Bridgend, and more.

Shift pattern: 3‑shift schedule – Week 1: 6 am‑2 pm, Week 2: 2 pm‑10 pm, Weeks 3‑4: days 8:30 am‑4:30 pm. Monday‑Friday, 37.5 hour week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture plastic products for the medical industry.
• CNC machining, injection moulding, manual machining (toolmaking).

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in CNC machining, injection moulding, or toolmaking.
• Willingness to develop skills in other areas.
