An exciting new role has come in for one of our clients with an expanding project pipeline. Our client isestablished Facilities Maintenance client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team in Cornwall. This is a great opportunity for a engineer who is looking for a 40 hour week with a great benefits package. The work will only be in Cornwall and not any further.

You will be required to carry out HVAC, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works M&E repairs and able to carry out minor projects/installations for specific trade associated systems

Requirements:

• Full driving license and the ability to get a DBS·
• ACS in Domestic & Commercial Gas with elements.
• Oil OFTEC servicing.
• Plumbing tasks, basic repairs, water heater repairs etc.
• Small General fabric repairs
