With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their London team with a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer.

You'll play a key role in delivering projects, shaping electrical design strategies, and supporting the growth of the team - all within a business that values flexibility and development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading electrical design delivery from concept through to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Taking ownership of technical quality, coordination, and project outcomes
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
- Contributing to project strategy and team growth
What They're Looking For
- Strong experience in electrical building services design (consultancy background)
- Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, or mixed‑use
- Confident leading projects and engaging directly with clients
- Strong technical knowledge across power, lighting, and building systems design
- Experience mentoring or managing engineers
- Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
