Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 + shift allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts, and warehouse
- Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision‑making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity
- Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety, and profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment
- A data‑driven leader with strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing wasteExperience within automotive or high‑volume production environments is advantageous
