- Support the development and improvement of AI‑driven products and agent‑based workflows, helping analyse inputs, outputs, and behaviour
- Analyse, structure, and validate data used across products and client solutions to ensure accuracy, insight, and reliability
- Produce reports, insights, and updates that help teams and clients understand performance, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement
- Support delivery of low‑code solutions (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform), including configuration, testing, and validation
- Assist with data remediation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation activities
- Help configure and test cloud‑based software solutions across different environments
- Support clients with troubleshooting, triage, and user guidance where required
- Identify opportunities to remove, automate, or digitise manual processes using data‑driven and low‑code approaches
- Create clear documentation, process maps, and artefacts to support delivery and ongoing use
