Responsibilities
- Business development: cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach
- Building and managing client relationships
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets

Base salary: £25,000 – £28,000
