What you'll do:
- Provide expert-level global support for Total Lab Automation systems.
- Lead 3rd-level escalations and drive root-cause-based solutions.
- Turn service data into insights that influence product improvements.
- Host global technical reviews, webinars, and solution sessions.
- Create and enhance troubleshooting documentation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, drives, pneumatics, and networks.
- Partner with R&D and OEM teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Use proactive analytics to identify trends and guide regional action plans.
What you bring:
- Technical degree (Engineering preferred).
- 5+ years in engineering, technical support, or field service.
- Experience with automation systems or healthcare diagnostics.
- Strong data analytics skills: Excel, SQL, Notepad++, pivot tables.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
- Willingness to travel 10-30%.
