Your Role

Our Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP) consultants lead digital process and operations transformation. You can shape your career towards a specific capability set or sector while working across sectors and developing in an ambiguous, white‑space environment.

  • Lead and deliver intelligent automation solutions using RPA, IDP and low‑code platforms to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate across teams: design, implement and optimise end‑to‑end processes using Agile, Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Leverage data‑driven insights: use process mining to uncover inefficiencies and accelerate transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor: manage stakeholder relationships, identify risks and contribute to business development efforts.

As part of your role you will also contribute to the business and your own growth through the following categories:

  • Business Development – lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, pitch development and client hosting at events.
  • Internal Contribution – campaign development, internal think‑tanks, white papers, practice and offering development.
  • Learning & Development – training to support your career and skills demand, certifications, etc.

Consulting Mindset & Delivery

  • Previous consulting experience, able to structure problems, engage stakeholders and deliver outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
  • A strong storyteller—able to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for clients and internal teams.
  • A self‑starter with initiative, drive and a proactive approach to delivery.
  • Excellent networking and rapport‑building skills, quickly forming trusted relationships.
  • Highly adaptable—comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities and changing environments.
  • Strong problem‑solving and logical reasoning, quick to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, Scaled Agile or waterfall frameworks (certifications welcome).
  • Exposure to business development or sales activities—comfortable contributing to proposals and shaping ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including listening deeply, understanding context and communicating clearly.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Intelligent Automation & Technology

  • Hands‑on experience in at least one key area such as RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, ServiceNow, Power Platform),
  • IDP (Hyperscience, ABBYY, Kofax),
  • NLP, ML or AI‑enabled automation (Spacy, Azure Cognitive Services),
  • Low‑code platforms (Appian, Power Platform, Pega, Dynamics 365),
  • Workflow orchestration,
  • Exposure to Agentic AI, IoT or emerging technologies.
  • Understanding of the end‑to‑end automation lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement.

Analytical & Business Skills

  • Experience with process optimisation techniques such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Understanding of BPMN and DMN for process mapping and decision modelling.
  • Familiarity with analytics or process mining platforms such as Celonis, Signavio, KNIME.
  • Ability to interpret process data and recommend improvements.
  • Awareness of how automation contributes to sustainability outcomes.

Security Check (SC) Clearance

To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. This requires continuous residence in the United Kingdom for the last five years and other criteria. Some posts are restricted to UK nationals. Please note we may ask about citizenship and residence during the application process.

Remuneration & Location

We offer a flexible benefits package with variable elements based on grade and performance. You may be based in London, Manchester, Newcastle or Glasgow and must be flexible for assignment locations.
