A highly respected global professional services organisation is looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to support senior leaders across one of their key service lines. The firm has a global footprint and requires a commercial HR practitioner to align people activity with operational priorities.

This hire reflects the need for strong, credible HR partnering to support ongoing organisational change, manage complex employee matters and ensure consistent application of policy and employment legislation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level within a complex environment. A strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and demonstrable experience managing high-risk employee relations cases is essential.

Applicants must be commercially aware, confident influencing senior stakeholders and capable of operating with sound judgement and discretion. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are required. Experience within professional or consultancy-led environments would be advantageous.
