The Role
As our eCommerce Growth Lead, you’ll own and scale our entire online revenue engine. This isn’t just about running ads — it’s full P&L ownership across DTC, Amazon, and emerging retailer.com channels. You’ll report directly to the CEO, with the autonomy to set strategy, run experiments, and build the playbooks that take us from early traction to £/$20–50m scale.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving growth and profitability across Shopify and Amazon
- Running performance marketing (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, retail media) with a focus on hitting LTV:CAC ≥ 2.0
- Owning CRO, UX, and subscriptions on Shopify
- Managing P&L down to CPAM — and optimizing every line
- Deciding when to outsource vs insource (agencies, freelancers, vendors)
- Building dashboards & insights to guide leadership decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of eCommerce experience, ideally with P&L accountability
- Hands-on expertise in Shopify + Amazon (catalog, PPC/DSP, CRO)
- Proven record of scaling revenue while hitting LTV:CAC targets
- Data-driven, low-ego operator who’s not afraid to get in the weeds
- Startup/scaleup background strongly preferred
