The Job
Implementation Consultant – reports to a Team Leader and collaborates across the business.
Responsibilities
- Configure IntelliPen to meet client requirements, including workflows, data screens, interfaces, payroll, migrations, reports and calculations.
- Meet with clients to gather requirements.
- Communicate progress and obtain client feedback and approval throughout the customisation process.
- Customise software systems according to individual client needs.
- Educate clients on using IntelliPen and customised features, liaising with the training team as needed.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience implementing software systems.
- Adaptable, agile, and consultative approach.
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Fast learner of new technologies.
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and deliver rapid outcomes.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and organisational skills.
- High numeracy.
- Experience configuring or developing pensions or financial services software.
- Microsoft Office – full suite.
- Managing databases with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with T‑SQL.
