Your Role
Our Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP) consultants are at the forefront of digital process and operations transformation. You will have the opportunity to work across sector, with the option to shape your career towards a specific capability set or sector as you develop within our organisation. Intelligent Industry and more specifically IPP are often the Apollo’s of Invent. Landing first often gives more of an opportunity to test your abilities in white space and an opportunity to develop your skills in ambiguous territory.
You will be working alongside some of the industry’s leading process experts, with a wealth of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Process design and transformation, Process Mining, and Intelligent Automation technologies. Delivering through a range of different methodologies such as Agile Scrum and SAFe.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading and delivering intelligent automation solutions: Using RPA, IDP and low-code platforms to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborating across teams: Design, implement and optimize E2E processes using methodologies such as Agile, Lean and Six Sigma.
- Leveraging data-driven insights: Use process mining to uncover inefficiencies and accelerate transformation initiatives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor: Manage stakeholder relationships, identify risks and contribute to business development efforts.

Consulting Mindset & Delivery
- Previous consulting experience, with the ability to structure problems, engage stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments
- A strong storyteller—able to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for clients and internal teams
- A self-starter with initiative, drive, and a proactive approach to delivery
- Excellent networking and rapport-building skills, quickly forming trusted relationships
- Highly adaptable—comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and changing environments
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning, able to quickly understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work across structured delivery frameworks including SDLC, Agile, Scaled Agile, or waterfall (certifications welcome)
- Exposure to business development or sales activities—comfortable contributing to proposals, shaping ideas, or supporting growth conversations
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen deeply, understand context, and communicate clearly
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive team environment
Intelligent Automation & Technology
Hands-on experience in at least one key area of intelligent automation, such as:
- RPA development (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, ServiceNow, Power Platform)
- IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) (e.g., Hyperscience, ABBYY, Kofax)
- NLP, ML, or AI-enabled automation (e.g., Spacy, Azure Cognitive Services)
- Low-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Power Platform, Pega, Dynamics 365)
- Workflow orchestration
- Exposure to Agentic AI, IoT or emerging automation technologies
- Understanding of the end-to-end intelligent automation lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and continuous improvement
Analytical & Business Skills
- Experience with process optimisation techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma
- Understanding of BPMN and DMN for process mapping and decision modelling
- Awareness of tools like Celonis, Signavio, KNIME or similar analytics / process mining platforms
- Ability to interpret process data and recommend improvements
- Awareness of how automation contributes to sustainability outcomes
