A fantastic opportunity has opened up in Leeds for a Geo-Environmental Engineer looking to step into full lifecycle project delivery across geotechnical and geo-environmental projects.
Join a multi-disciplinary consultancy and become part of a close-knit specialist team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering diverse brownfield development projects – from initial concept through to completion.
Geo-Environmental Engiener – What you’ll be doing:
- Managing projects from tender stage through to remediation and validation
- Designing, implementing, and supervising ground investigations
- Conducting contamination risk assessments
- Producing technical reports, remedial strategies, and validation reports
- Contributing to geotechnical assessments, foundation design, and calculations
Geo-Environmental Engineer – What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Geological Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering
- Experience delivering site investigations and supervising subcontractors
- Strong logging experience across a range of drilling techniques (trial pitting, cable percussion, window sampling, etc.)
- Relevant site certifications (e.g. CAT & Genny)
- Full UK driving licence
- Reporting experience is a plus – but training will be provided
