The role

• This opportunity would suit a Senior Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step into a Head of Department position, or an existing department head seeking a stable, succession-planned role with long-term progression into senior leadership.
• You will lead the residential conveyancing department, with responsibility for managing 2 offices and overseeing the day to day running of the team.
• You will also assume responsibility for high quality residential property work, including transactions for high net worth clients that are currently handled at Partner level.
• This offers a strong pipeline of quality instructions and the opportunity to further develop internal referral relationships.

Skills required

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 8 Years PQE.
• You will have strong technical expertise across the full range of residential conveyancing matters and will be confident supervising and mentoring other fee earners.
• You will demonstrate commercial awareness, a proactive leadership style and a genuine interest in contributing to the strategic development of the firm.
