We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Canopy Collaborative. The hotel’s approach to hospitality centres on small gestures, surprising extras, and uncomplicated comforts that contribute to a Positive Stay.
Responsibilities
- Creating positive guest experiences; friendly guest‑service will underpin everything you do.
- Managing the daily running of the restaurant & café, leading the team, handling stock control, and delivering training.
About You
- You love to meet, greet, and serve all sorts of people.
- You have in‑depth knowledge and a passion for all things Food & Drink.
- You are in love with the happenings in our neighbourhood.
- You always look for ways to serve and surprise each guest.
- You are flexible, approachable, and sociable by nature.
- Pre‑opening experience is a plus.
- You must have the right to work in the UK; documented evidence of eligibility will be required.
