We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Canopy Collaborative. The hotel’s approach to hospitality centres on small gestures, surprising extras, and uncomplicated comforts that contribute to a Positive Stay.

Responsibilities

• Creating positive guest experiences; friendly guest‑service will underpin everything you do.
• Managing the daily running of the restaurant & café, leading the team, handling stock control, and delivering training.

About You

• You love to meet, greet, and serve all sorts of people.
• You have in‑depth knowledge and a passion for all things Food & Drink.
• You are in love with the happenings in our neighbourhood.
• You always look for ways to serve and surprise each guest.
• You are flexible, approachable, and sociable by nature.
• Pre‑opening experience is a plus.
• You must have the right to work in the UK; documented evidence of eligibility will be required.
