Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop long‑term partnerships with NHS stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Drive upselling, cross‑selling, and renewal activity across the full product and service portfolio.
- Work closely with clinical and procurement teams to understand evolving needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Ensure customers are achieving maximum benefit and ROI from their current technology investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, technical, commercial) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide insight and feedback from customers to shape ongoing product and service development.
