Commercial Litigation Partner – London, City – Hybrid Working (3 days per week)

The Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Partner to join a growing, entrepreneurial City firm with big plans. This Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked practice competes with much larger firms while maintaining a genuinely collaborative culture. With recent Partner hires from Top 50 and Top 100 firms, new Central London offices, and plans to double in size, the firm is entering a significant growth phase.

The Role

You will:

• Lead on high-quality Commercial Litigation matters
• Supervise 1-2 Commercial Litigation Solicitors
• Oversee a similar number of support staff
• Play a key role in the strategic growth of the disputes team

This is a genuine leadership position offering autonomy, visibility, and a clear route to equity.

The Candidate

• 8+ years’ PQE, qualified in England & Wales
• Strong academic background
• Majority of experience in commercial/general litigation within a small to mid-sized firm
• Proven supervision and leadership experience
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear, confident communicator with strong business development ability
• A following is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate the drive and ability to generate work.
