We're a dynamic start-up recruitment agency based in the heart of Wivenhoe, and we're on the hunt for a driven, organised, and proactive Resourcer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and founders, gaining hands-on experience across multiple job sectors including tech, finance, operations, marketing, and more.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing high-quality candidates across a variety of sectors and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and candidate feedback
- Writing engaging job adverts and social media content to attract top talent
- Building talent pipelines for current and future roles
Qualifications
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for people
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing or a strong interest in the industry is a plus, all backgrounds considered as long as you are confident and able to talk to all types of people
- Based within commuting distance to Wivenhoe - this is an office-based role
