Overview

Telesales Executive – High Performance Only (Yo Telecom, Glasgow)

This is not an entry-level role, and it isn’t for everyone.

At Yo Telecom, we’re building one of the most competitive sales floors in Glasgow. This role is demanding — high activity, clear targets, and a strong focus on performance — but for the right person, it’s one of the fastest ways to increase your earnings and progress.

The role (what it’s really like)

  • High-volume outbound calling into businesses daily
  • Speaking with decision-makers (CEOs, MDs, business owners)
  • Having real conversations through proven scripts AND your own sales skills
  • Controlling calls, handling objections, and driving outcomes
  • Working to clear KPIs across calls, meetings booked, and revenue generated
  • This is a performance role — you’re measured daily, and results matter.

What we’re looking for (non-negotiable)

  • Minimum 1 year outbound telesales experience
  • B2B sales experience — you understand how to speak commercially
  • Comfortable picking up the phone consistently throughout the day
  • Able to work to targets and maintain performance levels
  • Confident communicator who can think on their feet
  • Competitive mindset — you want to be at the top, not in the middle
  • We’re not looking for people who “want to try sales” — we want people who already know they can perform and want a bigger opportunity.

Working hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
