Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, UK & Ireland, this role sits within LSEG’s Global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence (CoE) and provides enterprise‑level leadership for Employee Relations across the Group. The role operates as a design and decision‑making authority, shaping Employee Relations policies, frameworks and ways of working to support fair, consistent and sustainable outcomes. The role makes balanced, well‑reasoned decisions on matters that may involve legal, regulatory, reputational and cultural considerations, ensuring approaches are equitable, proportionate and defensible. Working within a global and diverse organisation, you will support senior‑level decision‑making on Employee Relations matters that have cross‑jurisdictional, Group‑wide or precedent‑setting implications. Through close partnership with People Leaders, the People Function and a wide range of stakeholders, you will help embed inclusive Employee Relations practices that support organisational effectiveness, regulatory expectations and positive colleague experience.
