We’re looking for a driven Site Engineer with around 3 years’ experience who’s ready to step up, take charge, and keep things moving on site.

The Role:

You won’t be stuck behind a desk — you’ll be at the heart of the action. Leading site operations, solving problems in real time, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking full control of day-to-day site activity
• Keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and to a high standard
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
• Championing health & safety on site
• Troubleshooting issues and keeping momentum strong
• Keeping stakeholders updated with clear progress reports

What You’ll Bring:

• Around 3 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role
• Confidence to run sites and make decisions
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes
• A proactive, hands‑on attitude
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
