To draft, review, revise and negotiate University agreements with third parties. To represent the University in negotiating terms and conditions of agreements with third parties. To assist business officers and other University personnel with contractual matters and understanding contractual terms. To ensure that University agreements with third parties comply with University policy and procedures and applicable international, federal and state laws.
Salary range: $60,835 – $62,660
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. None required.
