The role:

We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or FILEX, with at least 2 years’ fee-earning experience within Employment and Dispute Resolution

Day-to-day duties will consist of a mixed variety of cases and the ideal candidate will have:

Employment knowledge to be able to represent/advise clients both individuals and businesses on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

General litigation Experience to advice clients both individuals and corporate clients in an assortment of litigation matters,

Candidate should be passionate about business development and will be expected to form part of the team and the firm’s wider marketing initiatives.

Whilst supervision and mentoring will be provided, the candidate should be proficient in working independently and in handling their own varied case load.

Candidates should have a clean driver’s license and the ability to commute between our offices for client meetings where required.
