What will you do?
You will manage your own full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Continue to develop the conveyancing department through business development
Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- 5 years’ PQE +
- Strong technical ability across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
- Confidence to work independently and lead within a team
