Sales Executive - Commercial Washroom Solutions

Location: CB, NR, IP and PE

Salary: 55K + 15K commission

A leading European manufacturer of high-quality commercial washroom solutions is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to grow and develop its presence in the UK market.

With a strong reputation for innovation, durability, and design excellence, this organisation supplies hospitals, education, transport, hospitality, and public‑sector projects, working closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors.

The Role

• Developing relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end users
• Promoting a premium portfolio of taps, showers, and sanitary solutions
• Managing the full sales cycle from specification to order
• Identifying new business opportunities and key projects
• Representing the brand at industry events and customer meetings

About You

• Proven experience in B2B or specification‑led sales (ideally construction, building products, or M&E)
• Confident relationship‑builder with strong communication skills
• Commercially driven, organised, and self‑motivated
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role
• Full UK driving licence

£40,000 - £55,000

£10,000 - £15,000 commission
