Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week
- 5 out of 7 working days
- 7:30am – 5pm
- Must have weekend flexibility
- One weekend on, one weekend off

The Role
- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, adhering to HACCP regulations.
- Ensure the team provides the highest level of customer service.
- Work as part of the team to deliver service on time and to the highest possible standard.
- Complete any administration as requested.
- Complete bookkeeping procedures in line with company requirements.
- Report defective equipment and floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
- Manage the team effectively to ensure all service areas are fully stocked.
- Manage the unit efficiently and effectively, ensuring all gross profit targets are met.
- Manage all aspects of hospitality catering.
- Induct, train and appraise employees as per company procedures.
- Ensure all Health, Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Comply with HACCP regulations as necessary.
The Person
- Previous experience working within a fast‑paced catering/hospitality environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP.
- Previous management/supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience working in a contract catering environment.
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or above.
- Basic statutory training: candidates must have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
