Are you a scientist with a passion for inhalation product innovation? We are seeking a pMDI Product Development Scientist to support a growing pipeline of metered‑dose inhaler (pMDI) development projects as part of a 12‑month maternity cover contract.
You will be joining a leading global pharmaceutical CDMO specialising in drug delivery and complex product development. The organisation supports partners worldwide in bringing inhalation, injectable, and combination products from concept to commercialisation. Within this environment, the Product Development Division plays a crucial role in advancing new drug delivery technologies, carrying projects from early formulation through to regulatory submission. Their work spans early‑stage R&D, scale‑up, technical troubleshooting, and cross‑functional collaboration‑making it an ideal setting for scientists who enjoy innovation, problem‑solving, and hands‑on technical development.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of new metered dose inhaler products, supporting programmes from early research through to regulatory submission. You'll work closely with cross‑functional experts across development pharmaceutics, stability, specifications, and data analysis.
