Senior Account Manager
Location: Bishopsgate London. Full‑time hybrid with 3 days a week in the office. Start date: 11th‑18th May (desirable).

The Role
You’ll be working on a brilliant airline client, helping to deliver fully integrated, highly creative and innovative 360 brand campaigns. With the support of a talented team it’s a role that will allow you to utilise all of your strategic planning skills, campaign delivery expertise and your client‑facing charm.
Responsibilities
- Act as the day‑to‑day contact for the client, managing all jobs through agency systems and procedures.
- Develop accurate and engaging briefs and schedule jobs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build effective working relationships with all key departments, ensuring they are updated and work is in line with client requirements.
- Judge creative ideas for factual accuracy and relevance to brief.
- Ensure all creative work is signed off, proofread and all mandatory requirements have been included before leaving the agency.
- Manage junior colleagues’ workload to collectively deliver for the agency.
Qualifications
- Significant agency experience as an account manager, working on fully integrated campaigns including TVC, OOH, and social.
- Experience with global or multi‑national clients is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Highly developed organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders attached to one client, globally.
