The Role
The firm is now looking to recruit a Senior Residential Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) into its busy and growing West End team.
Responsibilities
- High-value sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Complex re-mortgages and refinancing matters
- Transfers of equity and ownership restructuring
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
In addition, you will:
- Take a lead role on more complex and high-value transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including HNW individuals and investors
- Assist in supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
- Play a part in business development and strengthening referral networks
You will work closely with experienced partners and be a key part of a friendly, dynamic team, with clear opportunities for progression as the department continues to grow.
Requirements
- Residential Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
- Strong technical ability with experience handling high-value and complex matters
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior lawyers is advantageous
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
