Shared Lives Recruitment & Development Officer
To lead the recruitment and assessment of Shared Lives carers, promoting the service within the local community and supporting prospective carers through the approval process. The role also supports the development and engagement of carers through training and events, while assisting the Service Manager and Coordinator in the effective delivery of the Shared Lives service.

- s.Attend and represent the service at local recruitment and community events, promoting the Shared Lives model and engaging with potential carer
- s.Support, guide, coach and mentor prospective carers throughout the assessment process, ensuring all safer recruitment procedures and guidance are followe
