Sales Executive - Belfast - £32,000-£36,000 + Bonuses
We are working with a well‑established and growing business known for delivering high‑quality products across residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals and working within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
The opportunity
This role will see you managing the full sales process, while developing strong relationships with a diverse client base including contractors, designers, developers, and private customers. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, providing expert product advice and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle including enquiries, quotations and closing deals.
- Provide expert advice on product selection and suitability.
- Conduct client meetings, showroom consultations and occasional site visits.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Proven experience in a client‑facing sales role.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Confident, target‑driven and commercially minded.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach.
- Experience working with trade or B2B clients is desirable.
