Job Description:

Bilfinger UK are looking for an HSE Advisor to join us at DSM in Ayrshire.

Fixed term until September 2026
38 hours a week with overtime opportunities available
NEBOSH minimum
Review and process weekly and Monthly HSSE performance reports, monitor trends and provide feedback to support project needs
Attend weekly HSE coordination meetings, review progress and address HSE matters
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders site compliance
Monitor construction compliance, permit conditions, HSE plans and RAMS, report deviations to Site Management team
Conduct and record weekly inspections with the client and track closure of resulting actions
Populate and assist in delivering toolbox talks and follow up actions
