With strong product–market fit and increasing demand, the company is expanding its commercial team and hiring three Software Solutions Engineers to support new business growth across mid-market and enterprise customers.
This role is ideal for individuals with a software engineering background who are looking to move into a more customer-facing, commercially focused position.
The Role
- Partnering with sales throughout the pre‑sales lifecycle, from technical discovery to solution design and deal close.
- Engaging CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Delivery Leaders globally to understand technical environments and challenges.
- Designing and presenting tailored demos that align the platform with customer goals.
- Collaborating with sales, product, and customer teams to ensure solutions meet needs and deliver long‑term value.
What we are looking for
- Strong software engineering or technical background, looking to transition into solutions‑focused sales.
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS or technical environments, ideally with exposure to pre‑sales or solution consulting.
- Skilled at understanding complex technical environments and translating them into customer‑focused solutions.
- Driven, proactive, and excited to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused commercial team.
