Certus Recruitment is partnering with a global, high-growth AI platform operating at the intersection of enterprise software, APIs, and customer experience.

They’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to win and grow complex enterprise accounts, helping organisations adopt next‑generation AI‑driven customer engagement solutions.

This is not volume sales. This is strategic, high‑value, multi‑threaded enterprise selling.

The Role

You’ll own a defined set of enterprise opportunities, building pipeline, shaping deals, and closing high‑value contracts.

  • Close upper mid‑market and enterprise‑level deals in a fast‑paced environment
  • Build and manage a 3–5x qualified pipeline (heavily outbound)
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Drive new business through a self‑sourced, proactive approach
  • Navigate complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles
  • Position a highly technical AI platform in a commercially relevant way
  • Operate with urgency, ownership, and customer‑first focus

This is a hunting role — focused on creating and closing opportunities, not managing inbound demand.

The Profile

  • Track record of closing large, complex deals
  • Strong outbound capability and pipeline generation
  • Experience engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Credible at C‑level with strong consultative selling skills
  • Highly resourceful, driven, and comfortable in high‑growth environments

  • Quota: ~$1.2M
  • Heavily self‑sourced pipeline expectation
  • High‑performance environment with strong backing
