Duties
- Identify new business opportunities through research in assigned areas.
- Assist walk-in customers, handle phone inquiries, and support wholesale clients with professionalism.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across departments.
- Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Promote sales campaigns to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage the showroom environment, ensuring a professional presentation.
- Deliver first-class vehicle handovers and record customer satisfaction levels.
- Develop and reinforce relationships with existing clients while attracting new prospects.
- Handle sales contracts, making any necessary amendments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records within the customer database.
- Implement strategic plans to grow sales and support organisational objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in commercial vehicle sales or a similar automotive sales/rental background.
- Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Oxford.
- Smart appearance, excellent communication skills, and resilience.
- Strong organisational skills, IT literate, and highly motivated to achieve KPIs under pressure.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential.
