Duties

  • Identify new business opportunities through research in assigned areas.
  • Assist walk-in customers, handle phone inquiries, and support wholesale clients with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across departments.
  • Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Promote sales campaigns to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage the showroom environment, ensuring a professional presentation.
  • Deliver first-class vehicle handovers and record customer satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and reinforce relationships with existing clients while attracting new prospects.
  • Handle sales contracts, making any necessary amendments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records within the customer database.
  • Implement strategic plans to grow sales and support organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in commercial vehicle sales or a similar automotive sales/rental background.
  • Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Oxford.
  • Smart appearance, excellent communication skills, and resilience.
  • Strong organisational skills, IT literate, and highly motivated to achieve KPIs under pressure.
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential.
