Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Employee Relations Manager to join our HR Advisory team in London. You will be responsible for providing HR Advisory support to employees and managers across the Company by leading a team of HR Advisers to deliver a high‑quality service across the full employee lifecycle.

Working with the wider HR team, particularly the HR Business Partners and Leadership Team, to provide advice, guidance and support and to be a subject‑matter expert on the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a high‑quality service to employees and managers.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume role with direct line management of two Senior HR Advisors and two HR Advisors and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business within a highly collaborative HR Advisory team.
