What you’ll be doing:
- Building your own client portfolio across the UK
- Sourcing new business via prospecting, email and LinkedIn
- Managing your sales pipeline, spotting opportunities, and closing deals
- Becoming a trusted advisor to your customers
- Owning your desk like it’s your own business
What you’ll need:
- Some experience in sales, customer service or retail is a bonus – but not essential
- Hunger to learn, grow and hit targets
- A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to reliably commute to Chippenham
What you’ll get:
- £25,000 starting salary – rising to £27k after probation
- Realistic first year OTE £35,000 (uncapped)
- 6-figure earnings possible by year 5
