Key Responsibilities

To conduct and design experimental investigations to support a wide dose range of parenteral bio‑pharmaceuticals in the development and management of formulation strategies supporting Immunocore’s bio‑pharmaceutical platforms. The formulation role will cover developing and performing assays to assess formulation viscosity, injectability and turbidity to make recommendations on the suitability of different administration pathways for Immunocore’s bio‑pharmaceuticals. Perform analytical techniques to characterise biopharmaceutical physical, colloidal and chemical stability after applied stresses. Support stress studies, formulation excipient screening, CMC process support, drug substance and drug product through to compatibility with final patient delivery systems. To work in close collaboration with the formulation team, CMC teams and related functions to input into the formulation related sections for regulatory filings, development reports and other development related documents.
