Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Experienced House Building Site Managers located in Spalding, Boston, and Stilton. The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing site operations, supervising contractors and workforce, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Building Management and Building Maintenance
- Hands-on experience with Facility Management (FM) and operational processes
- Strong Communication and leadership skills for managing teams and liaising with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance requirements within the construction industry
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Relevant certification in construction management or related fields is an advantage
- Experience in residential or mixed-use development projects is a plus
